Who We Are

RBL Watch is a free DNSBL/RBL blacklist checker and monitoring platform, built and operated by IHS Telekom. The platform draws on years of engineering and operational experience accumulated across IHS's managed email, anti-spam and security services for enterprise customers.

Our primary mission is to make IP reputation monitoring accessible to ISPs, hosting providers, e-commerce platforms, email marketing teams and system administrators — a fast, reliable, single-pane tool with zero signup friction.

Founded in 2002, IHS Telekom is one of Turkey's first licensed telecom operators. RBL Watch's technical stack reflects 20+ years of operational know-how:

• Custom DNS resolver: we run a dedicated Unbound recursive resolver. This avoids the "open resolver" blocks that Spamhaus and Hostkarma return when public resolvers (Google DNS, Cloudflare) are used.
• European data center: low latency, KVKK/GDPR-aligned data handling.
• High parallelism: a single IP query completes against 20+ major RBLs in roughly 3 seconds.
• Proven telecom engineering: two decades of running production mail systems.

• IP Blacklist Check — 20+ active RBL/DNSBL lookup (Spamhaus, Barracuda, SpamCop, CBL, UCEPROTECT, SORBS, MailSpike, PSBL, NiX Spam, LashBack, SEM).
• SPF, DKIM, DMARC validators — the three pillars of email authentication.
• Email Header Analyzer — parses delivery hops and authentication results from raw headers.
• SPF Record Generator — produces valid SPF records from common templates (Google, M365, SendGrid, Mailgun, SES, Mailjet).
• Reverse DNS / PTR and MX lookup tools.
• Dedicated detail page and delisting guide for every active RBL.
